The Service Delivery Data Quality Results dashboard enables you to understand the overall data quality across various IT Service Management areas such as Incident management, Change management, and Problem management.
Using this dashboard, you will be able to view the percentage improvement in data quality across individual services or across all services for an Executive Leader.
The Executive Leader can use this dashboard to identify areas with data quality issues, view individual data quality metrics for each team member, data quality trends (whether it is improving or reducing over a period of time) for each team member, areas in which it is lagging and by what percentages. With this information, it is possible to analyze and reduce data quality issues.
