Metric Name Description
Major Incidents Count of Incidents whose priority is 1-Critical and that are opened in the last 24 hours from the time of the last data extraction
CIs At Risk Count of CIs whose major Incident Probability is greater than 50%
Major Incident Probability Major Incident Probability percentage for open Incidents as predicted by the ML model .
This is applicable only for 'Open' Incidents.
Opened Major Incidents Count of major Incidents that were opened in the last 12 months
Days Since Last Major Incident Total number of days elapsed since the last major Incident was raised
Non-Major Incidents - Last 7 Days Count of non-major Incidents that were raised in the last 7 days
Upcoming Changes Count of Change Requests whose planned start date is within the next 7 days
Monitoring Incidents - Last 7 Days Count of Incidents raised in the last 7 days whose Contact Type is 'Auto-generated'
Changes Implemented - Last 7 Days Count of Change Requests whose actual end date is within the last 7 days
Current Outstanding Problems Count of open Problems as of the current date
